Whether you’re just starting to explore your cycle, returning to it after birth, or simply craving a deeper connection with your body, this session offers a supportive space to learn, reflect, and reconnect with your natural rhythms.
During our 1:1 video call, we’ll explore the phases of your cycle, dive into intuitive and practical tracking tools, and talk through whatever you’re most curious about—from fertility awareness to cycle-based self-care. We’ll also explore simple, grounded rituals and practices to help you reconnect with your womb space in everyday life.
You’ll receive supportive guidance rooted in my experience as a holistic doula and folk herbalist, with room for both embodied wisdom and practical tools.
