What’s included in a consultation?
A consultation is a scheduled 1:1 video call where we dive into your current questions or needs. It does not include ongoing support via messaging and email.
If you’d like to be able to continue chatting with me and asking questions after your session, I recommend choosing one of my support packages.

How do I book a consultation or sign up for a package?
You can sign up directly through my website. Just choose the offering that best fits your needs, and follow the checkout steps. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, feel free to send me a message.
What happens after I pay for a consultation or package?
Once your payment is complete, I’ll send you an email with my Client Service Agreement, and an intake form to help me prepare to support you in the best way possible. Please complete and return the forms before our first session.
What’s included in your support packages?
Support packages include weekly video calls and ongoing chat support during office hours (Monday–Friday, 9AM–1PM EST) via WhatsApp or Telegram. This allows us to stay connected and helps me tune in to your evolving needs throughout our time working together.

What are your office hours?
My regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 1PM EST.
During these hours, clients with active support packages can expect responses within one hour via WhatsApp or Telegram.
For the quickest reply, please message me on those platforms, I don’t check email as frequently.
Messages received outside of office hours will be answered within 24 hours. For emergencies or urgent medical concerns, please contact your healthcare provider directly.
Can I contact you even if I’m not a current client?
Yes! You’re always welcome to reach out, just know that I prioritize current clients first, and I may not be able to respond as quickly or offer personal guidance unless you’re actively working with me.
What’s your refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable.
However, in the event of pregnancy loss (miscarriage or stillbirth), I offer a partial refund for any services not yet used. Sessions or resources already provided will not be refunded. You are also welcome to use the remainder of your package for support during your loss, if desired.
