Babywearing

I started babywearing 7 years ago when my oldest was an infant. As a busy, active mama being able to go for hikes and get things done while keeping my baby close just made sense. It kept her safe & happy and allowed me to have my hands free. Now as a mama of 3, life hasn’t gotten any simpler and babywearing is an essential part of my mothering experience.

As a new mom, all of the different types of carriers can feel overwhelming. So, here’s a quick overview of the different types of carriers to help you decide which one might be a good fit for you.

Woven Wraps

Woven wraps are the type of carrier I reach for most often because they’re so comfortable and versatile. And my baby LOVES being wrapped, so it means he’s calmer & happier too. While there is a bit of a learning curve, getting the hang of wrapping your baby isn’t really that difficult. Here are some different options for utilizing a woven wrap:
