Scope of Services
As your doula, I provide emotional support, informational resources, and non-clinical guidance during pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum. I am not a medical provider or midwife and do not offer clinical care, diagnose conditions, or make medical decisions. All information I share is for educational purposes only, and you are encouraged to consult with your licensed care provider for any medical questions or concerns.
The specific package and services purchased are outlined in your confirmation email and listed clearly on the website. Any additional support beyond your selected package can be arranged for an additional fee.
Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Services will not begin until payment is received.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
However, in the event of pregnancy loss (miscarriage or stillbirth), I offer a partial refund for any services not yet provided. This does not include time, support, or resources already delivered. You are also welcome to use your remaining services associated with your package for support during this tender time, if desired.
Communication & Availability
My regular office hours are:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
During these hours, clients with active support packages can expect responses within one hour via WhatsApp or Telegram messages. I do not typically check email as frequently, so please use WhatsApp or Telegram for a quicker reply. Outside of office hours, I will respond within 24 hours.
If you’ve booked a one-time consultation, we’ll schedule your session in advance, and communication will take place during that appointment. Ongoing support is not included with one-time consults unless explicitly stated otherwise.
While you’re always welcome to reach out, please know that personalized support (like answering individual questions or offering feedback) is reserved for paying clients during office hours. If you’re not currently enrolled in a support package or message outside of office hours, I may take longer to reply, and responses will be limited.
I strive to be as responsive as possible but appreciate your patience when delays occur due to the needs of other clients, personal commitments, or emergencies.

Confidentiality
All information shared with me will remain confidential and will not be shared without your written consent, except as required by law. I honor your privacy.
Privacy Policy
